I've been playing this mod for 2 years now and it's been an amazing experience. However I think these few things would make the mod better

1. Improve the player faction troop tree customization. It's very limiting in my opinion how you can only choose from a certain pool of items for different troops. 16th Century Northern Hemisphere has the best custom troop tree customization in my opinion, you can choose any piece of equiptment for even the lowest tier solider, but you have a monetary limit that increases each tier to balance it out. The recruitment costs and upkeep costs are also reflected by their stats and equiptment. Also right now the customization seems broken, I select their gear only to have everything reset.
2. Rename cities. This one is simple and I think would add more immersion.
3. A few factions have random unrelated troops in their troop trees, like "Spanish conquistadors" for I think Khmer's. Removing them would make a lot of sense.
4. Make Ming a chooseable culture. Maybe expand their troop tree as well
