getting an error when trying to load an old mission I have spent an ungodly amount of time on with a missing unit

Really sorry about that, Tyler was removed in this version
I'll add a new head tonight to replace that ASAP and update the addon for you, it'll use the same classname so it should restore your mission to working order.

Thanks a lot! I tried looking in the SQM file to remove her manualy but opening it with notepad resulted in something that looked like I had intercepted an encoded message from the alien overlords.

hey no worries, it's the least i can do to get things working again.
I'm not a mission buff, it's in a binarized PBO file, right?

All the data about the senario its self is stored in a file called "mission.sqm" im not sure if it goes deeper than that or not though, from the formatting it looks like with the right programme it wouldnt be complete gibberish.

I was just about to say if it's been binarized you can use a program to possibly unbinarize it and make it a little clearer to look at.
I'll give it a whirl in a mo with one of my friend's missions

Hey, me again and my game is still being dumb with the same error :D I was wondering if you still have the old version so I can go into the editor and remove the unit causing the error and then continue with the 1.2 version, I also tried the armaholic version just incase steam was being a silly billy but I got the same error

right, i've found the version with the exact classes causing the issue, there's some old uniform classes trying to be called that were removed, i hadn't realised the steam version was THAT outdated.

will restore them in an update.

Couldn't you just get Max's permission from Armaholic to make the heads more "femalish"? And he has a female voice too for them. I'm currently using his mod, although most of them are ugly but there are 3 or for I like (female head 11 and the redhead one with a pony tail. Also do you know which mods in particular remove the soundtrack from the menu? It's really frustrating.
