Soldier grab rocket from L.A.W and throw they from soldier's hand and that guy will explode.
If you really want a dancing kill taunt, make it a item set bonus taunt, and the item set should be the L.A.W and some other cosmetics like the spook specs.
Fact: Adding a taunt capable of causing any sort of harm whatsoever to a target in connection with an item set requiring cosmetics would be unbalancing for the game, not to mention unfair, as cosmetics are a lot harder to get a hold of than normal weapons, and would therefore give an unfair disadvantage to the "common player", who cannot afford the cosmetics.
The non-"purely cosmetic" effects on item sets were removed for a reason, you know.
