The L.A.W.:
+25% Projectile Speed
+25% Damage
-75% Clip Size (One shot per clip)

L.A. Heat:
+25% Damage when enemy <50% health.
-25% Damage when enemy >50% health.

The Beat Cop:
Damage dealt fills "Justice" meter.
When equiped movement drains "Justice" boosting movement speed until depleted.
-20% Damage

does justice only start depleting after full?
only damage dealt with the beat cop or all weps?
