Enemy 200% of precision and acurracy, the easy is impossible
it is impossible to engage in combat, the enemy AI always goes HITKILL, ignoring the fact that you have level iv or v protection, hit the first shots, you don't even have time to react, this at the beginning of the game in easy mode, it is really ridiculous that, are all enemy SPEC-OPS soldiers trained by Captain Price himself?

Typically this occurs if you have two AI mods stepping on each other. Check the mod ban list on the wiki here:
