Different models
Now this might sound a bit rude or impatient or something, but I am suggesting: Since most of the Splinks models are not working, why not use different models? There are some couple temporary models that you can use in the meantime while someone (might) work things out, like
the models that have ben made by Falling(i think that's his/her name?) for Balloon Boy and Mangle. Those two along with Puppet are unfinished, so maybe use those for a bit? The Toy Chica and Toy Bonnie models look pretty fine to me, and Puppet needs a upgrade, the buttons are not developed right. I'm not demanding or forcing you to do this, I'm just trying to make a suggestion. Sorry if this sounds rude.

I plan staying with these models as they are perfect, I was trying to switch the textures to use the ones by Splinks but I guess that can't happen. The models are great as they are though, + they include animations.
