How To Move/Position Jaws, Ears, Eyes?

I've been wanting to ask this, how do you move/position there jaws, ears, eyes around with the Advanced Bone Tool or Joint Tool? (for example: close Pre-Mangle's mouth, lower Toy Bonnies ears.)
