Can you re-add the sewers/make your own?
Or perhaps a beach area?

I could design my own sewers for this map. It won't be for awhile due to irl stuff.

Maybe widen the roads and use that blocked-off area of the map only accessible through noclip to make some sort of open part for a high school or hospital or smal suburb area or just a park.
