I think he means a type of hideout for persons engaging in illegal activities, smuggling for instance.
Perhaps there's a shady-type apartment building with a grimy basement, and there's a secret door by a water heater and you have to pull a lever on something (like a dummy electrical box) to open the secret door and then you're in the secret room for smugglers ans stuff.
EDIT: Yeah there really isn't a way of doing through the map itself as Hammer bakes the shadows and lights into the map, so having a live day/night cycle is not possible. I will try to make the map compatible with atmos.
So finally got it to work, and ill more than likely this as an alternate download option. I really like the idea of how you can trigger certain things depending on the time of day, but couldn't quite figure out how to set that up with the logic_relay. Other con of the script is that I cant buildcubemaps with it. No cubemaps means no nice reflections. Since it doesnt use a traditional skybox, I cant build the cubemaps. I usually open up the map in css to build those because garrys mod always crashes when I try to build them.
So, its a cool idea. I'll probably, like I said, make it available later once im done with the map.
