This hat adds more detail, where bills hat is extremely simplistic. We all know the reason people say "OH BILLS HAT RESKIN >:(" is because they don't want it to lose value, this cosmetic is really nice looking, and really well done, just becasue its a beret doesn't mean its a re-skin.
