The vent that is furthest from squeaky is a bit OP when T's are executing a 'Squeaky to Vent to B' strat. The CTs can hop down really fast and by the time the T's are out of Toxic, the CTs are there to defend it.

Also, the Ramp Attic can be a bit T sided as it makes the CT's supply of counter smokes diminish faster. I suggest that you make the Attic as small enough for one smoke to completely seal it off. Also, re-introduce the ramp run boost. It has no harm in the gameplay and would have a risk/reward on CT's as they must execute the boost fast enough before the T's run into ramp room.

@Neffie - what exactly do you mean by "bigger"? Widen the entire hallway, or actually extend the length so that the entrance to ramp is offset from the CTs hallway entrance to ramp? And if you could talk a bit about why you think making it larger would be a good thing that would be excellent :)

@0rd!nary - That's definitely a fair point about the vents. I suppose there are a number of ways I could improve this. I will definitely work on that a bit.

Making Attic smaller is super easy, and i see no drawback in making it smaller since its already an extra vantage point for T's. So consider it done ;)

I will consider allowing the ramp pipe boost again. Maybe I will bring it back in a less ridiculous way even :P

The catwalk up in heaven bounces you up and down slightly, smoothing it out will result in more enjoyable gameplay

Also, the door on the OUTSIDE heaven catwalk looks unrealistic uptop. (I can tell there wasent a door there before) Remove the small part of window above the door frame and replace it with building siding

oh crap, I had some player clips on there but they were in a visgroup that I had disabled haha. I will re-enable them for the next update. Thanks for the catch!

Also, (Sorry lots of Alsos) Below heaven you can get on the shelf by hopping ontop of the fire extinguisher. I'm not sure if you meant this or not... Just wanted to point it out just in case

haha no worries, man. That was actually intentionally placed there for that purpose, because the ladder trick jump onto the shelf is now near impossible because the heaven ladder is moved and some players were complaining about it to me.

In the New Sniping area by T spawn (Backway/Dumpster) the door near the T spawn Truck has a light above it... This seems to me like a unrealistic pixelwalk and I think it should be removed

Actually both of those lights are non-solid. If you shoot them, you will notice bullets do not impact them. It's in fact the door frame that you are able to stand on. It's really not at all important because it's not going to give anyone an advantage because its an extremely low traffic area far away from the action. But I will take it as a good sign that you are being nit-picky about the small stuff that doesn't matter much ;)

Version 5.3 is out now!

Major gameplay change
  • storage boxes added to toxic, which allow you to jump back up into the vent. No more need for boost!
  • The vent is also a bit shorter and a more direct shot from A to toxic.
Major visual changes
  • Terrorist truck moved to the back of T-spawn and scaffolding placed in its original location.
  • Parking area added below heaven outside catwalk.

@Appy/Kiborg - hey guys, thanks for pointing out that the T's are still the balkans. I'm actually super confused as to why I currently have them set to that faction, since I know in an older version of the map I had them correctly set to the Phoenix from the trailer. I will update the map in a hour or so with that corrected
