Hi all,

I completed the "a true nation" mission and received a pop up saying the senate was enabled and that certain provinces were added to the senate, but there is nothing in the government tab that shows this. I constantly have a notification at the top saying I can do a government reform, but in my tier 1 power structure government reform, it says reform available, but it's totally blank.

Has anyone experienced this before and does anyone know how to fix it?
