Monument List?
Pretty straightforward I wonder if there is a monuments and unlock requirements list somewhere out there. I've done a few runs now and I got a monument pat the Appalachians that increased settler chance. Like a statue symbolizing Manifest Destiny and I didn't get it this run! So any help would be nice.

No monuments in the mod increase the settler chance, perhaps you were using some submod? Also every monument in the mod is either unlocked via missions or present at the start.
