So these are some suggestions for the unit.

Unlocks alongside marine.
Uses marine icon.
Requires 1 oil.

Extra suggestions to add later.

Upon unlocking the paratrooper, a free promotion will pop up which is a "Ghosthawk" helicopter. Which is basically when you can fly into enemy territory.
