Gobo textures

How do I make my own gobo textures? I'm trying to make a version of gobo_radial with cross bars for a circular window, but the image keeps being repeated when I try to use it. how can I fix it so that there's only one image being projected?

this is not really related but would you happen to know how to fix missing light textures without your pack
