I think that this item should be a stealth weapon. In the following i will explain my idea.Shots are not loud(think the Carbine in terms of loudness), but you are still able to be spotted.

Suppressed Suppressor

Pros:
Silent Killer:no Death Scream on victim(and no kill feed) with this weapon on mini and critical kills.
If you are close to medium range head shots minicrit.
Alt fire: aim mode gives you increased acuracy, for a speed penalty like the no boost BFB, which is -10%, I think? And this aim mode animation wise is over the off hand forearm
New taunt kill:Execution. Similar to Pyro's Scorched Shot in function, close to medium range=kill zone.
25 HP on kill with this weapon, this encourages killing, and being smart about it.
Cons:
You cannot spam this like the other pistols. It only has a semi auto function.
Slower firing damage of x %, good percentage range from 15 to 25.
