How about

+ silence , no sound from shooting
+ on kill the enemy body will disapear
+ Crit from the back at close range

- -50% damage
- -25% reload time

marks target for death on hit
silent killer, no body, no killfeed
(i ffeel like saying this now so dont call me shtoopidt , when you kill someone you disguise as them!, No i know it wont happen!)

+silent killer no noise apon firing/kill also wanga/YER effect (disappearing bods)
+50% damage bonus (about 30 dmg)
-30% healing while deployed
+minicrits while in area of 40% darkness or more(mini crits while in shadows)
