Stats.
How about:
-Anti-bullet/projectile shield as the uber. (the medic mvm shield)
+25% Ubercharge rate
Cannot be lit on fire.
-50% Healing rate
+20% vulnerability to bullets/explosions.

Here mine:
+25 walk speed.
-50% overheal target.
Ubercharge: Increase 50% of every effect on heal target.
Press R: While healing a medic, can swap place to each other.
+25 Ubercharge rate.
