how about
-can overheal multiple target
-75% overheal
-cannot overheal when target is wounded
-no uber
-can only heal a sigle target
ik its a bad stats but it wll do

Here's mine

+25 max health
+10% healing speed
-25% uber rate
+25% move speed while active
-50% overheal rate (like Quick-Fix)

+30% overheal rate
+75 overheal value
-35% overheal decay (it lasts longer)
-10% healing rate
-60% (or -50%) übercharge rate
übercharge: medic heals from received damage for 4 seconds

Pro:
+25% damage resistance on facing right direction (if your facing where the damage is coming from it dose less damage)
+45% heal rate
+20% ÜberCharge rate
+ Ubercharge = 50% overheal youself (still normal healing speed)


Cons:
+ Ubercharge = Minicrits
+25% damage resistance on weapon active


Note:

Minicrits it self is a big downside it self, but what other uber's is there to be? there is no one with Minicrits so why not? if your really lucky, with the +25% damage resistance can make you survive a Headshot (not charged up shot dose 150 Hp) dose 112 hp that leaves you with a Total of 38 hp.
if you get a uber, you will be healing yourself with a normal of 50% overheal (it dose not heal you any faster like the "Quickfix")

so basically, you want a medigun with 75% overheal and no uber

Portable Fort:

+15% all resistances while healing
-30% slower weapon switch
-10% movement speed
Ubercharge creates a shield around the medic and the target, blocking all projectiles
+ can make a shield(like in mvm, just it's smaller)
- no uber
-10% overheal

how about a shield-like-uber. like the one in MvM.

uber charge is a small shield.(like the first shield upgrade but a bit smaller)
+when ubered 65% resistance to all damage and 30% of damage taken is re-felted to the dealer.
-15% over heal
-20% or 10% uber charge rate

or

uber charge is a small shield.
+when ubered 50% to all damage
+20% damage boost to the one being ubered
+10% healing rate
-20% over heal
-25% uber charge rate

Uber: Protects only from instant kills (backstabs, random crits etc.), the health of the target of the instant kill gets set to 30% though
-10% uber time
Cant overheal
