NO!
Ok, if this was is a reskin then i would be fine with it, but if this is actually another weapons. NO! Just NO! Cmon, bows and arrows are good but... this is the sniper we are talking about, we don't want this to end up like the Demoman where he is given shields all the time, what happens if this happens to the sniper, getting 3 bows instead of sniper rifle, bows don't even teach snipers how to snipe, just shoot into a big crows and wait for luck and perception unless they are rea;;y good. Im sorry to say this but i don't like this idea unless it is a reskin because bows, are sorta unhealthy in a way for beginner snipers.

K, first of all, half of that whole paragraph had terrible grammar, and second, it's Valve's choice to put this into the game, not yours. Also, who ever said this was for beginners? It might be part of a pack that can only be bought with it. And another thing, there's a ton of Sniper Rifles, and only 2 bows in-game, so getting more of these would actually be good.

Each class needs more different weapons, the Huntsman/Fortified Compound and the Demoknight are the only items which actually make some change to how a class works.

In tf2. Sniper isn't that hard you jus track and aim for the head.

there are no crows in tf2. also the sheilds arent a bad idea, it adds a new playstyle. if your too noob for us 1337 MLG lucksman snipers then u need to go play easy mode with the bots.

make the arrows explode but lower the aim on the wep

you know, if you play MvM, some of the maps have sniper support bots. while these support bots use the machina sniper or something and you kill them it indicates you killed a sniper. however some MvM maps have sniper support using the huntsman, and when you kill one of these bots in the top right it indicates you killed a BOWMEN. yes thats right, a bowman. just like pyros have flare pyro bots, demomen have demoknights, and scouts have scattergun scouts and melee scouts, and heavies have mingun heavies and fist heavies, and so on and so forth. every class deserves a little distinction, a subclass choice. a bowman can be that subclass. so let it go, so we can enjoy new bows (im biased, i like the huntsman)
