About the sights problem: In this game the sights are not parallax free. That means, you have to look through your sights exactly from behind it, not a tad too high or too low.
When I changed the model I had to redo the ADS animations by hand, as the decompiling process destroyed them. So what I did, was taking the gun ingame, look through the sights and fire it, look at the bullethole and ajust the position of the gun in Blender. The left right position is exact, I'm sure about that, as I just had to set it to the zero position. But the top/bottom position may be a little offset. Today I'll take on a laser sight and ajust all the sights to the dot.
BTW I'd be happier if the developers would implement parallax free sights. Often, when you just started to ADS the sights are not all aligned and all your shots miss. Of course this would only go for the the holographic sights, but still...
