I feel this would fit as a medigun (medic extends the staff forward; pointing at the heal target) because it would look super awesome!

I feel (with the magical nature) these would be some cool stats!

Negatives

- 25% slower heal rate
- 50% slower Uber charge rate
- Only fifteen percent Uber is created by Ubersaw hits
- Takes minicrits from melee attacks
- Ubercharge has a five second activation delay which emits a bright light and server-wide
sound.

Positives

+10% added overheal
+ No fall damage on healer or heal target
= Ubercharge is "Sorcerer's might" giving all allies in close range to the medic two uses of the
Halloween "fireball" spell.
