AI controlled Marine/Infiltrator Frigates don't take radiation damage?
The computer's Marine and Infiltrator frigates don't seem to take damage from nebulas, allowing them to take control the the relics immediately. Not sure if intentional or not.

no capture frigate should take debris/mining bases more rarely, also they are affected by nebula later ingame
