Homeworld Remastered Collection

Homeworld Remastered Collection

Homefront
Need help, mod crashes on startup.
HW2 classic works on vanilla, but now homeworld doesn't work on start up (and I also tried the Star Wars mod, that didn't work either).

This mod used to work, hell I bought this game JUST for this mod. But now it doesn't work.

I did have to delete 'atioglxx.dll' to get the damn vanilla game working (AMD Radeon graphics card), so that probably has something to do with it.

OMG thank you, first I had to get the vanilla game working because I think windows 10 or AMD broke it ? I gave up and just deleted the file that I was meant to replace and it worked, but then having to run into that. Damn, they messed up the files big time.

But honestly man, cheers.

Ah no, my fault. I forgot that I tried another fix from another user which didn't work and it seemed to mess up my mods for the game.

No man, sorry. Thanks, your fix worked.

right click on homeworld remastered collection in the steam library, properties, general, launch options and then type in -nopbuffer .

If the vanilla HW2 classic doesn't work, I know how to fix it.

Doesn't work for me, most mods don't work after the update. Sadly, the update was a while ago and it seems all these mods have hit "Dead" status. At least galactica still works, go Phoenix Interactive! one simple update and it still works.

try clearing the data for the mod in the steam folders and reistall the mod and type -nopbuffer

AMD graphics card ? If so, I had to delete the atioglxx.dll file
