2. The Spirit of Fire, or Phoenix-class specifically, is a colony ship that was occaisonally retrofitted for mass orbital deployment. There are no ground battles in Homefront, so it doesn't have a purpose in the mod.
3. Though outdated, the Rapiers are supposed to be a drone test bed for Sabres. Sabres are highly classified and restricted to ONI bases. That is to say, the idea of Sabres isn't ruled out and will probably replace them, but for now it's the Rapier.
4. Pelicans are too small. The Charon-class is the capture frigate. The only downside is that not all ships are capturable at this time.
5. Though the stealth frigate would be interesting, we don't have plans to include it. For now, we're sticking to just the prowler.
6. Phantoms are also too small. The SDV-class Corvette will be used for capturing for the time being, as they were seen deploying the equivalent of ODST HEVs from Reach orbit.
@SevSevenGaming I've always been more partial to Spartan 2s, but, I do like the armor, and ODSTs are pretty awesome in their own right.
