Fix for start up crash
Alright so went snooping around on google and happened to come across this thread https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/244160/discussions/1/617328967244354578/ to which it will give a brief explanation of what to do and then link you to another thread with the actual fix which is this http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?276523-ATI-driver-14-9-broke-HW2-%28atioglxx-dll-access-violation%29-%28solved-read-in-thread%29 and comes with a full set of instructions and all you have to do is put one file in your HW2C folder without even having to revert to a old patch or anything like that
