In T spawn there is a gate u made using textures I would suggest a prop_static instead. Search gate in the world model menu and us should find some pretty cool ones, I have a specific one in mind that I have used and it would look much better as it has a lot more detail. Also the street between the houses feels very open its almost suicide to try and cross. This is a big problem as there is only one route I found to the bombsites that doesn't require u to cross the street. Overall like the neighborhood theme gl and keep up the good work.

Update: Just played a comp match on the map didnt quite realize u had cover to get to A with the cop car and the swat truck however the center of the map with the street and the circle with the tree is useless for both sides because if u try and stand out there u can be shot from any of the buildings which all have slits u can see and shoot out of. MOST IMPORTANT THING however is the B timings have not actually timed them and recorded it however the T bots beat me to the B site every single time when I played CT. I really suggest chaging this CTs should arrive at a site slightly ahead of Ts. The amount of time CTs have to set up is up to u but it causes balance problems if Ts arrive ahead of CTs. Really long winded but thats about it for now. Looking forward to future interations of the map.

@IamNotCoeus (comment 1) I'm still working on that area, I'll for sure use a static_prop eventually, I've got a few other things to do before I settle on that though. I need to add more things blocking sight to mid from the right side, I know it's a problem and I'm working on how to fix it. I hadn't really planned on most players exploring the center open areas, it's pretty much a death wish. The many gaps around doors don't help, there will be props blocking lots of them in final release ;)
(comment 2) I'll have to move B back a little and CT spawn forward a little, that's a pretty big problem. I'm gonna work on opening up the site as a result, taking a fully enclosed site is crazy difficult.

ok, actually played some games on the map. it was overall really open outside, and all the houses were like funnels and chokepoints. there were three main ways the AI went, which was straight (to that big tree), the left/right to A, right/left to B. if this was a real legit map, CT's could easily get to A and B with no problem and protect easily, where T's have a considerably larger amount of time to get there. some map chunks were missing in the house near A. the ramp going into the house has bits missing, but you can't fall through them so that's ok. i opened a door into a strangely pitch black bathroom. should add lights there. also opened another door and there was only the void -- i fell through it and died. should fix that as well. so main complaints are somewhat poor map design, there being three main routes, houses being claustrophobic, and overall missing textures. most solid things were relatively blocky, and AI had trouble navigating, as did I. some windows look easy enough to squeeze through, and the AI couldn't get around those big blocky things in that gazebo near B. also, should label things. so, that's my overall thingy.

@Farfetch'd Thanks! I need to work on the timing for the bomb sites, yeah. The dark bathroom is going to be an ajar door that isn't usable and the door under the ramp is just for decoration as well. And it's just in dev textures because I'm working on layout/architecture, that all comes with the detailing phase!

Perhaps a playground area with the sandbox as a bombsite?

I think this is a great idea there are plenty of models for it and u could cover it with one of those wooden eves things that partially blocks out the sunlight so u would have cool shadows.

I'm not too sure about the prop positions or treehouse, but I left them in for now. I borrowed a lot form overpass's playground haha

what wooden thing do you mean IamNotCoeus? I thought maybe you meant a gazebo with lattice but wasn't sure

Perhaps let players get up into the treehouse with a ladder don't know if that wood be to hard to make or would effects gameplay to much.

I kind of have that wooden thing in the back yard on the way to A, it obviously needs polishing but the general shape is there.

There is a ladder, I've been working on making it swing when you shoot it and stuff (it's a rope ladder). And I don't think it effects gameplay much, since you can be seen from all 3 main routes (besides longA) when you're up there. It's more of a death perch haha.

From what I remember of the map the wooden structure was a bit clumsy to get into so I would suggest working on that. The ladder swaying would give a really cool asthetic also would make sure the playground has enough cover.
