This skin will not be added - BECAUSE IT HAS GOLD ON IT
Valve has stated many times in all of their customizable games for ingame weapons there is NO gold on the weapons as they are reserving those for special events. The skin will not be added no matter what.

the man of war isn't bright yellow gold, like valve gold is. its very pale yellow
this is shiny and yellow, which classifies it as gold

Kid on the man o' war that is exactly what gold is. Admit you are wrong. This weapon isn't gold at all, plus even if it was gold it isn't fully gold.
