Lag in office

i recently got the map today (and i got to say its awsome! good job!) but i ran into a game breaking problem, the office (and a small part of the vents) get extreme lag. evry other part of the map is fine but the office is the only room i cant do much in becuase of lag, any fixes?
(i have the required game content and addons)
