-50% reload??!?!?!?! THERE IS A REASON THY THERE IS A SPEED RELOADER.

Seems like a great idea exept maybe 20% slower reload speed and a 15% damage penalty. So basically its a cleaners carbine for the spy that gives critz instead of mini crits, and the faster firing speed would let u jump in, quickly deal a bunch of damage, cloak out again and reload then come back in. seems that way for me anyway. It also depends on wether the critz on kill are for a limited time, or if they are a certain amount of critz, like the diamond back. But, just bouncing around ideas :D
