here's my idea:
+15% firing speed
enemy bleeds for 10 seconds on hit
+20% damage over time damage taken
-? damage
decapitates enemy on crit-kill.

Tell me what you think, and how I could improve/simplify these stats.

Here's my suggestions(some of the ideas are from previous posts if i though they were good)

Stats:
Can attack for up to 3 seconds (hold down mouse) of a 'burst' of constant damage but also a 3 second cooldown between each burst.
200 ammo (costing 10 for eachburst) but regain 5 for each kill

Few other little ideas to attach to it (or maybe an accompying medigun?):
Start of with -25% healing rate but each kill increases it by 10% (after two kills back to normal, then 10% on top of that for each kill)

These are my rough ideas they actual numbers are open to change but i think the 'burst' attack idea would work with this weapon.

Swing speed increases at same rate as uber increase so at 100% uber it swings at 160% normal speed

Like the Eyelander, collects heads to genarate more health
10% more damage
I dont know why some people don't think this MELEE WEOPON
15% faster firing speed
The more heads you have the more chance you have to get a crit, also

i think it should constantly do damage but it only does 3 damage per hit but on hit you gain 3 health but it gets -1 firing speed for each 30 health gained
