BoS idea
The brotherhood of steel have the event to search for tech. My idea is to change that to move one basetax from a random province in your nation to your capital then giving you the 50 power points. And requireing you to have a province other than your capital that has more than one basetax. I think that this would simulate the brotherhood searching the land they have control of and bringing back any tech that they can use.
