Savegame without preview image problem on Load/Save menu

The "Dynamic Resolution" MOD is causing "Savegame without preview image" problem on Load/Save menu. When disabling "Dynamic Resolution" MOD all works fine.
Tested Configurations:
Windowed Mode (1366x768 and 1600x900) Widescreen (16:9)
Don´t VSync or Every V Blank.

This happens when using a internal resolution set different than 100%.
