Should be a kill taunt
he should be able to shoot in 3 directions randomly, if hitting a target, he shoots himself "goodbye world"
Update: If its a kill he says "if i die. you die with me!"

At least you can use scripts to suicide whenever you use the taunt

Perhaps it could work based on ammo.
Full Clip = %100 suicide chance
Empty Clip = %0 chance

Rouge's Roulette would be a 50/50 chance thing, even with or without ammo. If no bullet shot out, live to fight another day. But if bullet shot out, it's of with his head!
