If the courier can be invisible. how to kill it ...

Maybe sth like PA, when no enemy heroes/unit/observer ward within 1800 range, it becomes invisible

what you could is have the courier be invisble when the enemey team dont have sight on it. Now if the enemy team had wards or a enemy standing next to the courier it will become visable. The only time when the courier turns invisble is when its not seen by the enemy team. Thats just suggestion for you guys that are developing the courier.

i think they should just have it so the speed button is replaced with an invisibility option, but i like the idea of when a hero is close to it, it becomes visable

No, it'll be an advantage on the team who owns the courier. What if the enemy has an observer wards and the courier passes by on the visible area. The team who owns the courier will know that there will be or there is a ward in there. If you really want the invisible effect for the courier (I really like the invi shi* effect for the courier too), the invisibility effect will only be shown for the team who owns the courier but it'll visible for the enemy side.
