Cant talk to people on calls.

Whenever I call my friend useing the phone, we cant hear eachother. I have 3D proximity voice mod installed. If anyone knows the problem please tell me.

i also have this problem but even when i disable proximity voicechat an error pops up saying "ConCommand is blocked! (+voicerecord)"
