- Optional support for phone towers - positions are defined in a file as xyz coordinates, each of which has a "power" rating, which determines the player's signal strength. The singal strength only impacts anything if it reaches 0.
- Optional support for phone contracts/tariffs. If a setting is checked AND the gamemode is DarkRP, it will be possible to purchase through maybe a SIM card entity "phone tarrifs" of various kinds. For example, there might be a PAYG card which charges per-message, a "month" (IRL day) contract that allows a certain amount of messages and minutes, etc.
- Optional support for charging - if a setting is checked, the phone must be recharged periodically through either purchasable battery entities or pre-defined power sockets.
- More camera options, such as flash, basic filters, grid overlay, burst, and timer.
- Camera should disable rendering of viewmodel when in use
- Multiple phone colours
- Support for activating phone via a collectible entity rather than console command or spawning with it
- A GPS app - overlay + camera over map (Might try and make this myself)
- A "Social networking" app similar to the messaging app but structured more like Twitter or Facebook; maybe even have both be an option.
- A simulated "Download time" for apps in the app store. Maybe this could be tied to the signal strength mentioned before. Apps should have a size variable that determines how long it takes to install.
- A shopping app that merchants can put items up for sale on and arrange sales on similar to eBay or Craigslist
- SD cards and internal memory. Some apps could claim to store data on the player's phone. If the data stored is too much, the app will be unable to do this. The player could purchase SD cards to increase the storage capacity. The data files would be tied either to the SD card or the phone's internal memory. Should the SD card be removed, the data will be lost. If the
- A flashlight app
- A crappy "Internet" app, which allows access to a few local pages. The speed at which the access occurs depends on signal quality. I might try to make this myself.

camera with filters and grids saves to your phone and can be uploaded to steam
darkrp stuff (job lists or something, can only use phone for jobs. or maybe ingame ingame purchases for games on your phone or to buy games on your phone.)

transferrable data (play one sever save some schtuff play another server with same schtuff as before)
app store with very bad apps (or good ones if you try)
memory cant have to many games or pictures
brick phones,ok phones-ish, awesome phones, phone colour- i mean different phones do different stuff like some do better pictures though others have good quality or better apps.
When I use the gphone I just call the person directly in touch'm forced to deal are number ...
Normal or not yet programmed ?
Thx
It wont happen lol, thats my limit
I could certainly help you on some aspects.
I'm really trying to keep signal strength as just aesthetic to not really screw with the phone's operation and make it seem more tedious to use.
That would be cool but also kinda annoying if you couldn't message someone
The battery can run out, actually, and it will reboot.
That would be cool, I'll have to look into post processing
It should already do that
It already does that
Eh, not the biggest fan of doing something like this. I rather it be accessible to everyone by default
I considered this too! It would use a render.RenderView similar to how the Camera app handles it
That would be cool but require a lot of networking, all that would have to be saved on the server. I would basically be creating forums...
Tedious :/ no real benefit
See the social networking response. Cool but it would be a whole lot of work,e ven more than a social network
See download time
Just enables the player's flashlight then?
Seems like a fair bit of work for nothing really..
I like that you have this many ideas though! Its pretty cool and I'll have to really look into some of these. Thanks
call somebody, When you call somebody it will call through steam voice chat
@ Kawaii Bunny, someone made Flappy Bird they never gave me a link... I'll have to hunt them down
