If you're genuinely trying to help, then it's never a stupid question. No, I hadn't tried that. But, that did fix my issue. I honestly didn't think to enable a Beta option to enable the button. Because, I thought the button was a standard feature for this mod. The FAQ should definitely mention this.
My issue is fixed.
I had a mod called Airport Runways which in the description points to the incompitable mod: Runways and Taxiways, I removed it. Unsub and Resub To Traffic++
Then I had a different Terraform tool (not rollo's) that had buttons on the right side of the toolbar. So I thought they might overlap with the speeds button (and yes the speed button showed after that)
There is a snapping button that appear from getting precision engineering which might "overlap" with the RC button but it says it's compitable with it.
My problem has been solved. Thank you very much
