I dont have roads from mod, why?!

Hi. I have included only the last option "Ghost Mode" and i dont have in new game new style roads.. only original, why? Help me please... ;c I have no other mods. I have only speed options etc ;)

My roads from mod is disappeared from game and road menu... (traffic++ on, ghost mode off)

you have to activate the mod in the game-home-menu
