Map Wide Bus Lane Restriction

Is there anyway to set a map wide requirement that Buses Always use Bus Lanes when Avilable?

They Keep using standard lanes, and I'm way to far into my city to go lane by lane on every road segment to set the limit.

Yes, go to the options and enable the Improved AI.
