Game running slow, realistic speed and no despawn are off.
When I use this mod I got 20-30 FPS dropped, I did not have this before but after the last update it appeared.

No, I'm not using the no despawn and realistic speed options.
Still the game remains slow.

I'm sure it's this mod, with everything else on except this I get stable 60+ FPS.

Same thing happens to me with just this mod, all other mods work fine. Hope this gets fixed soon :/

I had the same issue. I was using bus lanes everywhere and loved the idea of them. However, over time, the city started behaving badly. Cars would just randomly stop on a clear freeway and wait for minutes to move. Everything went to a horrible crawl. I was using some of the lane change customization because on a 6 lane road the trucks all seemed to only want to use one lane for blocks... saving the game took forever. I finally put it into Ghost Mode and it automatically switched all my roads back to non-bus lanes. Voila! Everything was fast again, I could turn on higher resolution for the graphics, and I found that the best way to make traffic flow was to remove the stoplights. Yes. Remove them all and everything goes faster.
