Luffy and Zoro seem to have been done by now.

Nami would be a fast, sneaky thief, a lot like Krampus, but can also, oddly enough, summon rain and lightning storms. Electric melee attacks stun for a short time.

Usopp can snipe as far as the eye can see (edge of the screen), but his impact dial melee costs health. Has low sanity (scared easily), but put on his mask and cape to unlock his superhero alter ego and much more powerful ranged attacks. It would be golden if his theme song plays.

Sanji uses no weapons, only attacks "unarmed" (in truth, only kicks). He is the best chef you have ever seen, with many unique cooking possibilities. He can turn monster meat and ROT into a nutritious meal. His near-death experience with hunger has taught him to conserve energy; his hunger lasts a long time.

Tony Tony Chopper is likewise the best doctor you have ever seen, with many unique medicine recipes. His transforming ability may get complicated. By default is small with low health and sanity (also scared easily), but can easily transform into "human" (more health and attack power) and "reindeer" (more speed). Other, temporary forms require eating a self-made "rumble ball", but can only be eaten once in a long time. Eat another too soon and transformations are random. Eat yet another aaand...MONSTER FORM. Chopper becomes a giant, but you completely lose control and attack everything around you, even your own stuff. Would be an epic clash of the titans with one of the "natural" giants.

I think these ideas would keep them busy for a long while. And that's only the first half of the crew.

Considering Trafalgar Law is the 2nd most popular character in One Piece, I think he'd be the best character to create next.

I agree with the Trafalgar Law idea, especially with his unique and cool powers.

how do you plan to ballance law??? theres really no way to make it ballanced as a person law is to ballanced .... no great flaws
so he is unfit for this game

Easy. Press button to start room. Each use drains sanity. Extended range in room. Maybe pickup range while in room is longer too. Hat grants sanity and sword has extra damage. Might be able to resurrect players at the cost of sanity

Add ussop. make him able to never miss with his slingshot and have different ammo. make him cowardly (bigger sanity drain around monsters) and does not hit hard with melee weapons/fists. also give him his soge king mask which will negate his cowardliness
