Make it a all class (most classes i mean) +stats
+20% Damage
-30% swing speed

i actually think it would be the opposite, lower damage and higher swing speed, like the TFC crowbar. Here's my stat ideas:
+On hit - Apply Bleed for five seconds
+30% Swing Speed Increase
-15% Damage Penalty
