I've reproduced the issue and will look into it. Please use the hotkey B as a workaround until I can get a fix uploaded.

Bug: The panel is now blocking the city's information drop down menu on the left. Maybe move it to lower left corner?

You can use the title bar to move the panel wherever you want. See my most recent comment about the requirement for the top left top left starting position to fix the panel not appearing at higher resolutions.

This mod only shows when I start a new game. Loading a savegame (with the mod enabled) the mod is not there in the UI, even if I click "Alt + V". Not a resolution problem, it seems, but mine is 1680x1050.

I've never heard of this happening; my mod is explicity set to load when a game is loaded. Have you tried unsubscribing and then resubscribing? I can't reproduce this issue.

Very odd bug, not sure how maps would do that. Hopefully they can fix it!

My resolution is 1920x1080; I cannot get this mod to work for love or money. I've tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, toggling it off an on, loading new maps and old maps, nothing works. ALT+V doesn't do anything, and there's no button anywhere to be found.

That's my resolution as well and I'm seeing it just fine. Does this folder exist on your machine? C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\255710\410151616

That's where the mod would be if the subscription succeeded. Until I get any more reports of this I think it's a machine-specific issue.

That folder does exist, yes. And CityVitalsWatch.dll is in it. I'm on Win8 if that's at all useful, although I can't think why that would matter.

Looks like it's a conflict with another mod. Just have to figure out which. However, in your screenshot your display is in the lower-right of the screen. If I disable every of my other mods, it appears in the upper-left of mine. I can move the button, but the panel itself is in the upper-left, and blocks the standard info panel.

I'm on Windows 8 as well, that shouldn't be an issue. The default panel position is in the top left but you can drag it wherever you want on the screen. Please let me know if you figure out the incompatibility and I'll investigate!
