Killed While Taunting

Since the heavy is smiling and wiggling a finger the whole time, what would happen if a spy walks by and stabs him,or if he was sprayed with bullets?

Still, i dont want to have a bug wherehe dies and he is still standing up or something. Valve already made that mistake with the hitmans heatmaker and they didnt notice that for a while.
