Just an idea for how it ends.
I think the Heavy making a single clap, or perhaps two (like clapping dirt or dust from his hands) would be transition the taunt back to the normal position the Heavy stands in. Right now, the Heavy's hands move from full-on akimbo to holding the minigun with one quick, unrefined movement.
