Hi there, I have a problem were the terraform tool does not show on the UI. I have tried alot of things to fix this, for instance Uninstalling the game, deleting all mods from file ect, and resubbing. I've also Bought the exspantion, thinking ti might ony work properly with the DLC. I can clearly see the mod is in the game,, as i can see it in Content manager under MODS. I have also already had the mod working and used it on my previous map. It stopped working when i uninstalled it, because i had a bug were my Garbage trucks wouldn't spawn and my city hated me.
