Report a translation problem
To add a bit more; I have tried restarting the game and unsub/sub to the mod. I also tried on a variety of roads, and with a new map (one of the defaults) but no luck.
I'm going to release a patch quite soon.
EDIT: and new version is in the workshop. Should work again.
Edit2: reason why it stopped working: CO changed some internal stuff with the new patch. TTL used a function whose signature was changed (void ToolBase.OnToolGUI() to void ToolBase.OnToolGUI(Event e)). Something similar was the case with Snowfall/Patch 1.3.0.
