Awesome stats for a powerful weapon.
At full charge: Shots penetrate players.
At full charge: +50% damage.
At full charge: Bullets deal explosive damage to nearby players.
At half charge: +25% damage.

No headshots unless fully, or half charged.
At half charge: Headshots mini-crit.
+200% slower charge rate.
-20% damage penality.
-100% less accurate unless scoped.
-20% moving speed while holding.
-25% moving speed while aiming.
-10% moving speed while equipped.
No random critical hits.

*Bullets pushes players.
*Each penetrated player takes -20% damage per body penetrated. (Does not apply to headshot penetrations)
*Moving speed penalities does not stack
*Shooting pushes the player using the weapon backwards depending on charge. (Like force-a-nature, but more)

Would be hilarious to use imo :P

when in the scope you can see all cloaked spy for 3 seconds that are in your FOV must be fully charged in order to see spys
can penetrate threw walls only when fully charged
enemys explode when shot in the body only when fully charged
pyro airblast and scout shoves dont work on you(cause the gun is very heavy)
-slower speed on wearer
+20 charge time
-30 slower fire rate
marked for death when fully charged
cannot use while not aiming
-10 health on wearer
-20 less damage done to buildings
