POSSIBLE STATS
this can be a sort of utility sniper, similar to the sydney sleeper only less terrible

+depending on the amount of charge, bodyshots push back airborne or close by enemy players (this can be used to knock rocket jumping soldiers, demos, or scouts off cliffs)

+shots charged to at least 50% can deflect rockets(IF you can shoot a rocket in midair)

-maximum headshot damage only 200 (this means you can still take out most classes the normal way, unless a medic is around)

Maybe charged shots can push you back a bit too, but the presence of this trait doesn't really make a difference

Feedback is appreciated. Maybe if this thread becomes popular enough, this may end up as a new weapon.(but we can only dream)

IMPORTANT:

I'm fine with you posting your own stat suggestions, but please take this into consideration. TF2 WEAPONS NEED TO BE UNIQUE. If you want to post something, make sure it has a gimmick besides changes in weapon stats, or else it won't fit the TF2 universe. This weapon needs to encourage a different playstyle or fill a certain niche. The sydney sleeper coats bunches of enemies in jarate from afar, the machina can kill multiple enemies at time with enough precision, and the huntsman encourages close-up, super aggressive combat, while all other sniper primaries are strictly ranged. Plus this and minus that is good for game like COD, but TF2 is a whole other ballgame.

Btw I Did Make My Own Thing About The Stats I Feel Should Be On It If You Check That Out

-5% move speed

but

+10% damage
+15% faster scoping and unscoping
no flinching
+15% damage
fully charged shots push back
does not zoom out on reload

cannot move while scoped

That Would Turn It Into A Pretty Much Useless Gun

the no flinching you get from the camper and the not zooming out on reload you get from heatmaker so you only have 1 buff and 2 debuffs for the gun

Pretty Boring Buffs Arn't They :P
thats a really nice stat for the gun, its for the pro snipers!
Pros:
+17% headshot damage (+25 damage) killing pyro and demoman with 1 shot

Cons:
+25% explosive damage from demoman first weapon (a direct pipe hit deal 125 damage)
+12% flare guns damage (100 damage if pyro crits you)
